Road Tripping to 4 Corners National Monument

We spend a lot of time down in Arizona, and every time we go back, we discover something new and amazing to road trip to. We recently learned of 4 Corners National Monument, and how it’s the only place in America where 4 states actually touch. We love finding things like this, unique things that aren’t common in every states.
So off we went from Page, Arizona on our three-hour road trip through Monument Valley to 4 Corners. I didn’t know that Monument Valley was actually a commonly-known valley until we got back from our last road trip and spent a bit of time on Pinterest, we found pictures of it everywhere. Part of the valley actually reminds me of scenes from "Game of Thrones."
The odd thing about being road trippers, when you’re in a car for days at a time, things like wearing alien glasses and a Burger King crown for the day seems like a great idea … no matter how old you are.
When we arrived at 4 Corners National Monument, it was nothing like I expected. I guess I was half expecting 4 Corners to be more of a mini marking on the ground with a sign, but it was a lot bigger than that. This was great news because it made the road trip to 4 Corners worth it for us.
Being a road tripping with a large appreciate for road tripping through the various states, it was actually a lot of fun to hop from state to state.
What a fun/unique attraction to add to any road trip list!
Have you been to 4 Corners National Monument before?
