TravelBrands has completed an integration to go live with NextTrip, opening immediate access to search, discover, and book vacation rentals through NextTrip’s cloud-based booking engine, ConNextions. TravelBrands’ network of over 22,000 travel agents and their customers will now be able to book from ConNextions global inventory of vacation and alternative lodging rental (ALR) properties.

TravelBrands is a division of H.I.S.-Red Label Vacations Inc. and one of the largest travel companies in Canada, active in both the wholesale and retail travel industry. TravelBrands offers a wide range of travel options – including flights, hotels, cruises, attractions, rail passes, car rentals, and more through numerous brands, including redtag.ca, itravel2000.com, Sunquest, HIS Japan, and The Travel Experts.

NextTrip’s ConNextions supports instant confirmation of ALR reservations, allowing TravelBrands’ travel agents the power to simultaneously book complete travel packages, including air, car, and tours, rather than waiting hours or even days for confirmation as is typical in the vacation rental market.

The ConNextions Application Programming Interface (API) provides NextTrip’s integrated travel distributors and their downstream partners with the ability to book vacation rentals within their existing reservation systems from NextTrip’s global inventory of vacation rental homes villas, chalets, apartments, condos, resort residences, and even castles. Because NextTrip’s inventory of vacation rental properties is instantly confirmed, the rental can be seamlessly booked alongside air, car, and other travel reservations as a complete package for the ultimate convenience and efficiency.
