Independent travel advisors who included “get more business” on their list of 2016 New Year’s resolutions should mark their calendars for Travel Professionals International’s (TPI) upcoming series of TPI summits.
Unfolding across Canada between May 4 and 14, 2016, and taking place in 9 major cities, the annual TPI Summit meetings are the most-attended training and networking events in TPI’s annual calendar.
“This annual trek is an important connection point between our preferred partners, our senior management, and our advisors across the country as we continue to lead and innovative in the independent travel advisor space,” said Morris Chia, TPI President & CEO.
Tim Morgan, Vice President, Christine Winchester, National Director of Sales, and Sheila Lamirande, Senior Operations Manager, will be traveling across the country to deliver updates on the travel industry as well as announcements about upcoming TPI programs and services.
Regional Sales Managers, Linda Dinsmore (Western Canada), Rhonda LaFosse (Ontario), and Lisa Geddes (Atlantic Canada), will also be in attendance, hosting best practice training and leading preferred partner presentations.
Each summit consists of a series of daytime events followed by a cocktail reception and trade show where advisors can network directly with their peers and industry representatives. Following the trade show, TPI’s top producing advisors will be invited to an exclusive dinner.
