AMG Makes Big Florida Splash With Two Big Announcements

BOCA RATON, FLORIDA - A new American Marketing Group tool to help its agencies capture valuable, unused cruise and tour credits, plus new preferred supplier partnerships for its various travel brands.
AMG made a big splash at its global conference in Boca Raton, Florida today with both announcements.
The company released a new tool to help its TRAVELSAVERS agencies capture their share of the millions of dollars of unused cruise and tour credits lying dormant in their databases. Called Lead Dash, it is a proprietary technology that syncs supplier data with travel agent marketing to prompt them to follow-up with customers on their unused credits.
Top cruise and tour operators – such as Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Insight Vacations, Collette, and Viking Cruises – have open credits sitting on their books unused. Now, with Lead Dash, travel agents automatically receive notifications motivating them to remind their clients about the unused credits – and close the sales.

Agents opt-in to use Lead Dash, which then triggers professionally designed html emails to be distributed that are agency-branded and include preferred supplier messaging.
The system uses smart technology to create marketing messaging based on historical and predictable travel patterns. Travel agents can market to clients based on where they cruised or toured most recently, and where they might choose to go next, which increases their close ratio.
“We created a proprietary technology that lets us handle the low-hanging fruit and assists our agents in making the sales,” said Nicole Mazza, Chief Marketing Officer for TRAVELSAVERS.. “The tool saves valuable time for agents, allowing them to quickly close sales on repeat customers so they have more time to concentrate on new customer acquisitions. This smart marketing also helps our preferred suppliers close out their receivables. The result is customers who are happy to make good use of their credits so they can travel even more.
Lead Dash was beta-tested last year, received excellent feedback from travel agents, and is now being released to all TRAVELSAVERS agencies.
AMG officials today also announced several new preferred supplier partnerships for its various travel brands, including Goway Travel and Cox & Kings.

Goway Travel – Goway provides unforgettable travel experiences to some of the world’s most exotic and interesting destinations – and its travel products are now available to TRAVELSAVERS Canada agencies.
Go Canada by Air Canada Vacations – This collection helps travelers explore Canada through various types of travel, from urban chic to Arctic splendour and the great Canadian Rockies. The packages are now available to TRAVELSAVERS Canada agencies.
Cox & Kings – Cox & Kings is the longest established travel company in the world. Its customized private and group travel tours to India, Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, Antarctica, Australia, and the Middle East, are now being offered through agencies that belong to AMG’s The Affluent Traveler Collection.
Fiore Tours – Fiore specializes in Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, and Montenegro. A local, certified DMC, it overs 100 self-guided and guided programs, from one-day trips to extended overland, adventure, cultural and gourmet tours for singles, couples, small groups, family reunions, clubs or friends.
