TravelBrands to Donate Percentage of Sales to SickKids Foundation
Tour Operator TravelBrands Brian Simpson August 14, 2017

Planning to make a booking with TravelBrands soon? You may just want to do it on Wednesday, August 16 because on that date, TravelBrands is giving back to the community and has pledged to donate one per cent of all sales made on that date to SickKids Foundation.
“Our goal is to bring the travel community together for a great cause,” says Frank DeMarinis, president & CEO, TravelBrands. “Whether you are a client or a supplier, we are encouraging everyone to support the advancement of child healthcare.”
In addition to this one day of donating profits, TravelBrands also raises money and awareness for SickKids through a variety of events including an annual 5km employee walk, participation in the Mississauga Dragon Boat Race Festival, and the company’s annual TravelBrands Charity Golf Classic.
TravelBrands has raised approximately $447,000 for the SickKids Foundation so far with all net proceeds being contributed to the SickKids’ Labatt Family Heart Centre with the goal of the centre being the leading pediatric and congenital heart disease centre in the world. SickKids also assists in ensuring that all complications from being born with a heart defect do not stop its tiny patients from living full lives.
Clients, suppliers and partners are encouraged to make their bookings through TravelBrands on August 16 to contribute towards a fantastic cause.
