Tour Operator Brian Simpson April 14, 2017

Royalton Negril Resort & Spa and Hideaway at Royalton Negril are now open for business, welcoming their first guests on March 31, 2017. This brings the number of Royalton properties in Jamaica to four, alongside Royalton Blue Waters and Royalton White Sands, and the first Hideaway at Royalton .
“Jamaica, especially the vacation hotspot of Negril, has long been one of our most consistently popular destinations.”, said Andrew Dawson, President of Tour Operations at Sunwing Group. “We already offer vacation packages to a number of leading resort chains in the area, and are delighted to be offering travellers even more choice when it comes to luxury accommodation options here.”
Like its sister property, Royalton St. Lucia, Royalton Negril has three distinct sections, each geared to guest needs and vacation styles. Guest of both Royalton Negril and Hideaway at Royalton Negril can choose the resort section, or upgrade to the Diamond Club, where guests have access to exclusive á la carte restaurants and bars, dedicated pools and beach areas, and butler service. Guests selecting the adults-only Hideaway at Royalton Negril, also receive upgraded room service menu, afternoon poolside hors d’oeuvres, and exclusive use of an infinity pool, and bar and beach area with waiter service.
Accommodations range from Luxury Junior Suites and luxurious one-bedroom Presidential Suites, to the Chairman's Two Bedroom Ocean Front Suite, which can accommodate eight adults or 4 adults with up to five children. Many rooms offer Swim Outs, and feature the Royalton Signature DreamBed™, as well as unlimited free WiFi, 24-hour concierge services, and 24-hour room service, to name a few.
Dining options at Royalton Negril include cuisine from around the world, offered at nine venues. With Royalton’s Reservation Free Dining concept, guests can eat at any restaurant they wish, as much as they like, including Hunter Steakhouse, Calypso (West Indies Cuisine) and Zen (Teppanyaki), or Gourmet Marché (buffet). Or for an additional fee, C/X Culinary Experience, where a personal chef takes you through seven courses with musical selections to accompany each dish.
Hideaway guests also have exclusive use of Dorado Seafood & Grill, an elevated beach restaurant exclusive to guests of Hideaway at Royalton Negril, serving light ceviche and garden salads with fresh seafood and grilled items.
Recreation options are plentiful at Royalton Negril, with a host of family-friendly and adult-only options. Kids 4-12 can hang out at the Clubhouse Kids Club with others their age while also hanging out with TV’s Max & Ruby™. Teens looking for something more age-appropriate can checkout Hangout Teens Club, with activities and games like ping pong and billiards, plus PlayStation lounges, All-in Connectivity™ featuring free high-speed Wi Fi, and plenty of safe, supervised outdoor fun.
Indulgences are a-plenty at Royalton Negril, like The Royal Spa, offering everything from a mani/pedi or facial, to massages, wellness packages and full body treatments. Hideaway guests can also take advantage of private poolside cabanas.
Next up for Royalton is Royalton Bavaro in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. A ground-breaking ceremony took place March 1, 2017 and construction is underway with an eye to opening in winter 2017/2018.
