Sunwing Offers Incentives for March Jamaica Bookings
Tour Operator Jim Byers March 01, 2018

March is Jamaica month with Sunwing, and agents can take advantage with extra incentives.
Sunwing has made Jamaica its destination of the month to showcase all the top-rated hotels, resorts and experiences the ‘home of all right’ has to offer. Until March 31st, agents can earn double the STAR Agent Reward Points that convert into cash on all new bookings to Jamaica.
As well, each time an agent makes a booking to any participating resort, they’ll be entered into a weekly contest for a chance to win an all-inclusive vacation for two in Jamaica. The more bookings agents make; the more chances they have to win.
What’s more, agents will have the opportunity to learn about the pristine beaches, authentic cuisine, rich heritage and natural wonders that characterize this island of contrasts during a webinar about the destination. The English webinar will take place Thursday, March 8 at 2 p.m. EST, while the French webinar will occur Wednesday March 7th at 2 p.m. EST. Participants of each webinar will be entered into a draw to win two air seats to Jamaica with Sunwing.
Making new bookings will be even easier as all participating resorts are offering unbeatable incentives during the month – from reduced rates and deals for groups to even credits for air seats. Customers can look forward to taking advantage of reduced rates at a number of Royalton Luxury Resorts, and other properties such as: Riu Montego Bay, Riu Reggae, Riu Negril, Riu Palace Tropical Bay, Riu Palace Jamaica, Riu Ocho Rios, IBEROSTAR Grand Rose Hall, IBEROSTAR Rose Hall Suites, IBEROSTAR Rose Hall Beach, Jewel Grande Montego Bay Resort and Spa and more. Plus, they can take advantage of daily deals when they choose properties such as: Sunscape Splash Montego Bay, Sunscape Cove Montego Bay, Holiday Inn Resort Montego Bay Jamaica , Secrets St James Montego Bay, Sensatori Azul Beach Jamaica and Secrets Wild Orchid Montego Bay, depending on the day they book.
Vacationers looking to get away with a group of friends will appreciate the generous deals available with resorts such as Jewel Dunn’s River Resort and Spa, Jewel Runaway Bay Beach and Golf Resort or Jewel Paradise Cove Beach Resort and Spa.
Couples can enjoy a romantic vacation for less at Couples Tower Isle as they will enjoy discounts such as $300 credit toward their flight, plus the seventh night of their stay is complimentary. Or, those who choose to travel between now and April 1st can take advantage of savings up to 30% on their vacation with a stay at Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort and Spa, or save up to 25% for travel between April 2nd and October 31st of this year. In addition, customers can enjoy the same savings during the same time windows should they choose to book Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort and Spa.
Sunwing offers flights to Jamaica from 14 gateways coast to coast, with year-round service from Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton and Montreal. All packages in the promotion include return flights on Sunwing Airlines, where passengers can sit back and relax while on board, with award-winning inflight service that includes a sparkling wine toast, complimentary non-alcoholic beverage service and buy on board selection of light meals and snacks with choices inspired by Food Network Canada Celebrity Chef, Lynn Crawford. I've taken four or five trips to Jamaica in the past eight to ten years and they've all been fantastic. The food is exceptional, the people warm and welcoming and the beaches and scenery are sensational. Negril, Montego Bay and Ocho Rios are the best-known areas, but I had a wonderful time at Treasure Beach a few years ago.
Just last year had an amazing visit to the Port Antonio and eastern Jamaica region, which is slowiy emerging as a tourism hotspot. A new, improved highway between Port Antonio and Kingston could turn the eastern tip of Jamaica into a super-trendy vacation area in the coming years.
