Globus and Cosmos have released a portfolio of faith-based vacations for 2023, including adding a NEW Camino de Santiago: The Scenic Portuguese Route itinerary to its line-up.

In addition to Cosmos’ popular 11-day ‘The Camino, A Walking Journey for the Soul’ vacation comes a second, newCamino itinerary (11-day ‘Camino de Santiago: The Scenic Portuguese Route) that invites travellers to rediscover the wonders of nature and the stillness of the mind on a scenic blend of Portuguese landscapes and the spiritual routes of the Camino de Santiago.

This 'Small-Group Discovery’ (created for 20 travellers or less) walk will cover a total of approximately 120 kilometres, inviting travellers to take time to reflect, contemplate and meditate.

Other popular itineraries the company is bringing back to its 2023 portfolio include:

GLOBUS Footsteps of Apostle Paul: a 10-day tour beginning and ending in Athens. On this religious tour of Greece and Turkey, travellers can retrace the many missionary journeys of the Apostle Paul after he saw the light in Damascus.

GLOBUS Journey through the Holy Land: A nine-day tour travelling from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem will bring the stories of Scripture to life. A five-day extension to Jordan is also available.

COSMOS Spiritual Highlights of Italy: Nine days, beginning and ending in Rome. On this tour, travellers have the opportunity to visit the Catholic icons of Rome, such as the four major Basilicas, the Scala Sancta and the Papal summer residence of Castel Gandolfo, attend the Papal Audience and learn about some of Italy’s beloved Saints.
