Ulla Hefel Böhler New CEO of Insight Vacations and Luxury Gold

Insight Vacations and Luxury Gold have announced Ulla Hefel Böhler as the new CEO of Insight Vacations effective immediately. CEO John Boulding will be retiring from his leadership position and will leave The Travel Corporation (TTC) later this year but will remain with Insight Vacations and Luxury Gold until then to assist with the transition to the new CEO.
Beginning her career with TTC in 2005 as director of program services at Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection, Hefel Böhler has held various position with TTC including director of operations at Trafalgar, Insight Vacations, Brendan Vacations and Grand European Tours, and most recently as TTC’s vp operations and special projects. She will be based in Zurich.
“She [Hefel Bohler] has been brilliant in enhancing and improving the guests' experience and service in her prior role.” said Brett Tollman, TTC’s Global CEO. “Our guided holiday and escorted touring delivery and guest ratings have increased significantly under Ulla’s operational direction and we are confident this same commitment will greatly benefit the Insight group.”
