Sarah Smith Takes On New Role At AIC Hotel Group

Sarah Smith is taking on a new role with AIC Hotel Group in Canada.
AIC, the experiential brand redefining vacation experiences, announced today that six carefully selected Business Development Managers are being promoted to Regional Directors of Business Development (RDBD) positions.
Smith, a veteran employee at AIC, will be Regional Director of Business Development for Ontario, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
The new directors will be responsible for mentoring current Business Development Managers (BDMs), continuing to evolve AIC Hotel Group’s industry leading events, territory planning, and increasing revenue within the market. Regional Directors of Business Development will also be responsible for training new Business Development Managers in the field, according to their territory.
“The introduction of this new role is a true testament to our unwavering loyalty to our travel partners,” said AIC Hotel Group’s Vice President of Field Sales, Ash Tembe. “We are 100 per cent committed to continually improving and growing our resources for travel agents, which is the exact purpose of this department restructure.”

All BDMs and RDBDs will continue to report directly to Ash Tembe.
