A growing number of travel companies are severing ties with the National Rifle Association (NRA), after a devastating shooting at a Florida high school left 17 dead earlier this month.
Airlines
United Airlines and Delta Air Lines have both announced they are terminating NRA discounts.
Early Saturday morning, Delta tweeted that it was ending a contract with the NRA that provides discounted rates through the group travel program. Delta also said it was asking the NRA to remove all information about the airline from its site.

Similarly, shortly thereafter, United sent its own tweet with essentially the same message.
“United is notifying the NRA that we will no longer offer a discounted rate to their annual meeting and we are asking that the NRA remove our information from their website.”
