Westin Cape Coral Rolls Out Special Offer
Hotel & Resort Monica Poling April 29, 2016

If, like many Canadians, you skipped that winter getaway because the loonie was hovering at 68 cents in January, now might just be time to re-consider that Florida getaway.
The Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village in southwestern Florida’s Cape Coral/Fort Myers area has just announced that it is offering discounts of up to 25 per cent savings on all room types. And now that the value of the loonie has lurched up to 80 cents, you can essentially enjoy “better than par” savings.
The resort has a prestigious Tarpon Point address and it overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, the Caloosahatchee River and San Carlos Bay, so there’s plenty to do. Take a pleasure cruise, do some fishing, or just splash around in the water, your itinerary is yours for the making.
Traveling with kids? There’s a Westin Kids Club, a lagoon-style outdoor pool and an eatery named after a mermaid, the Nauti Mermaid Dockside Bar & Grill.
The Canadian Resident rate includes a 25 percent savings across all room categories, including suites, as well as 25 percent off food and beverage menu selections in the resort’s Marker 92 restaurant or Nauti Mermaid. Marina activities, including boat rentals, paddleboards and kayaks can also be secured with a 25 per cent savings. The offer is valid for travel through Sept. 30, 2016, but it must be booked by June 30th, 2016.
The offer is valid for actual Canadian residents only. Americans considering fleeing to Canada after the general election do not qualify, and proof of Canadian residency is required at check in.
