Something For You, Something For The Kids
Hotel & Resort Oasis Hotels & Resorts Kristina Rundquist October 06, 2016

Families looking for an upscale vacation in Mexico need look no further than the Grand Oasis Palm.
Located on a pristine stretch of beach just 20 minutes from the airport and a short jaunt to downtown Cancun, the Grand Oasis Palm provides parents and kids alike with endless fun but not at the expense of upscale accommodations and enough dining options to please even the finickiest eater.
Room with a view. Each of the resort’s 595 rooms comes equipped with a king-size bed or two double beds, with most offering either an ocean or lagoon view. There are even kid-themed adjoining rooms available, decorated in a magical undersea or jungle motif.
Kid Zone. Parents can relax and take it easy knowing their children are enjoying themselves as much if not more than their parents. A fully supervised Kids Club with both indoor and outdoor play areas means kids will have plenty to keep them busy. Kids even have their own pool and a restaurant geared just to them. Highly qualified babysitters are also available for when parents need some much-needed down time.
Activities and Amenities. The Grand Oasis Palm offers guests a host of things to do no matter their interest. Whether it’s swimming in one of the resort’s three pools, sunning on the beach, working out in the fitness center or taking part in a variety of watersports, guests are spoilt for choice.

Arts and Entertainment. Guests will have the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of Mexican culture thanks to live entertainment that showcases Mexico’s folklore through music and dance. The resort also has craftsmen onsite so guests can see how many of the goods they purchase to take home are made.
Kin Ha Wellness Beach Spa. The spa offers guests a range of relaxing treatments and services, ranging from a deep tissue or hot stone massage to a chocolate body wrap. Those looking to truly pamper themselves will want to sample some of the spa’s ritual treatments that harken back to traditions of the temazcal (sweat lodge) to purify, detox and relax. Go all out with the Kin Ha Sun and Water Ritual, where a body exfoliation treatment inside the temazcal is followed by a bucket shower and sea immersion and a 50-minute beachside massage and swim in a private pool.
Drinks and Dining. Seventeen restaurants and 10 bars mean that guests can have an entirely new dining experience each night and then some. Five restaurants are dedicated to regional and gourmet Mexican cuisine offering up traditional dishes from the Veracruz region, Guadalajara, and Northern Mexico. Guests can also indulge their taste for Mexican-Japanese fusion and sushi, as well as an international buffet. Parents can enjoy a vacation free from the phrase “But I don’t like that!” thanks to three restaurants just for kids—there’s even a sweet shop! Guests interested in learning more about Mexican win and tequila will be excited to learn that the Grand Oasis Palm offers regular tastings.
