All-inclusive cruise line Scenic has unveiled its 2023/24 sailing collection on board its expanded fleet of ‘Discovery Yachts.’ With the introduction of Scenic Eclipse II, the line’s new season features more than 50 countries across all seven continents.
Scenic Eclipse II, identical in design to her sister Scenic Eclipse, will join the fleet in early 2023. The pair of yachts will offer a collection of 85 voyages featuring new destinations including Indonesia, Polynesia, the Pacific Islands, Australia, the Caribbean and Scotland. As well, there are several new itineraries in the Arctic, Mediterranean, the Americas and Antarctica.
“This is a milestone moment for our brand and for all of those who have been working intensely behind the scenes to bring it to fruition,” says Rob Voss, Scenic Group COO.
“Utilizing our invaluable guest feedback, we strive to offer the best, most desirable bucket-list experiences possible, and our new 2023/24 announcement demonstrates our sincere intent in this continued ambition.”
With just 228 guests (200 in Polar regions) and a 1:1 staff-to-guest ratio and butler service, a journey on board Scenic Eclipse delivers a high level of personalized service. The up-to 20-member, onboard Discovery Team educates guests and provides expert lectures and guidance.
Scenic Eclipse II is built from the same blueprint as her sister. Guests sailing on the new yacht will enjoy an immersive underwater experience aboard the first-of-its-kind Triton 660/9 AVA submarine, with large ultra-clear acrylic spheres designed for optimum underwater viewing.
Enhancements to the fleet include a newly designed ‘Deck 10’ on both yachts, featuring the Panorama Bar, furnished with relaxed outdoor seating with chairs and sun loungers alongside the outdoor pool.
Highlights of new Scenic itineraries for 2023/24 include:
