New European Itineraries and Ports
Beginning in May 2018, Disney will add Civitavecchia, Rome, and Barcelona, Spain for the first time. Seven-night round-trip sailings will depart Barcelona and call on Naples, Rome, Florence/Pisa, and Cannes. A special seven-night one-way sailing between Rome and Barcelona in each direction will see Disney Magic departing Barcelona for Rome, with calls on Marseilles, Villefranche (Nice), Genoa (Milan) Livorno (Florence/Pisa) and Naples, while the Rome-Barcelona sailing will call on Naples, Florence/Pisa, Milan, Cannes and Marseilles.
For 2018, Disney Cruise Lines will mark its first time calling on Genoa. In addition to the two one-way sailings between Barcelona and Rome, Genoa will also be included as part of a special 10-night Mediterranean itinerary sailing from Barcelona on July 7, 2018, which also calls on other popular ports in Italy, France and Spain.
In late July, Disney Magic will reposition to Dover and Copenhagen, with sailings in the Baltic, Norwegian fjords, and the British Isles.
Closing out the summer Europe season, Disney Magic will visit Cork, Ireland for the first time as part of a seven-night British Isles sailing, which will include stops at Dublin, Greenock (Edinburgh/Glasgow), and Liverpool.
Return to Alaska
In 2018, guests can experience the natural beauty, magnificent glaciers and awe-inspiring wildlife of Alaska when Disney Wonder returns to Alaska for the summer season. Wonder will sail a variety of five-, seven- and nine-night itineraries from Vancouver, with stops in Juneau, Skagway, Ketchikan, Icy Strait Point and Tracy Arm Fjord.
Special Southern Caribbean Sailing
Lastly, Disney Cruise Lines is offering a special 11-night southern Caribbean itinerary, departing June 30, 2018, on Disney Fantasy. Guests can visit the beautiful beaches of Aruba, Barbados, Martinique, St. Kitts, Puerto Rico, and Castaway Cay, Disney’s private island.
Consistently a top-rated destination, Castaway Cay will see two stops per sailing on a series of Disney Dream itineraries.
