5 Continents is pleased to announce that Le Boat has joined its portfolio.
5 Continents, who offers to worldwide inbound operators, and other suppliers, a sales representation and transactional platform in Canada, has signed an agreement with Le Boat to make the product available to the travel industry in Canada.
Le Boat is the number one provider of boating holidays on the beautiful lakes and canals of Europe and Canada. It has the world’s largest fleet of canal “Home Away from Home” boats (penichette) and the widest choice of boating destinations to choose from. No boating licence is required making this type of vacation more accessible than ever.
5 Continents plans to offer comprehensive vacation packages where vacationers will visit world class Canadian cities in combination with the unique and enriching experience of cruising along a UNESCO world heritage designated waterway.
“We initially planned to roll out this amazing product in March with all destinations… then the pandemic happened making travel to Europe unlikely for the summer. One destination is, however, perfect in the current climate, the Rideau Canal in Ontario. Travelling within Canada will probably be Canadian’s number one choice this year,” said David Boigne, 5 Continents Managing Partner.
The packages combine an eight day boat rental with two nights in Ottawa, transfers, and Hop on Hop off tickets for a total of 10 days for an ideal 2020 family vacation. Other packages combining Montreal and, or Toronto and Niagara ranging from 13 to 15 days are also available.
The boats have been compared to a floating cottage or condo and has everything needed or a comfortable stay on board; fully equipped kitchens, private showers and comfortable cabins, top deck fun deck and a memorable experience out on the water .
Already known for 50 years of experience and high standards in customer service and product, Le Boat has ensured that the boats are easy to operate (custom built with the non boater in mind), and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between customers so you can relax with peace of mind from the moment of arrival.
“We really wanted to support the travel community with products that can be sold immediately and turned into sales for this summer and fall. Plus, clients who have enjoyed a Le Boat vacation in Canada this year are most likely going to want to repeat that experience in other destinations in 2021,” said Rauzon.
A special Canada summer / fall 2020 Le Boat holiday packages section has been created on the 5 Continents website. All packages can be customized. For any questions please contact the team at info@5continentsca.com
