Planning early can mean big bonuses for passengers looking to explore Canada’s Rocky Mountains next year. Through Nov. 4, 2016, Rocky Mountaineer is rolling out its Peaks and Perks campaign, for travellers booking rail trips in 2017.
Guests who confirm a booking for 2017 could be eligible to earn $800 in credits per couple, which can be used towards extra hotel nights or optional excursions and tours. Every qualifying seven-night (or longer) package in GoldLeaf and SilverLeaf Service will earn a $400 bonus per guest. Passengers booking four- to six-night packages will earn credits worth $250 per guest.
Among the eligible packages is the “Northern Explorer” package, which travels along the Rainforest to Gold Rush route. Passengers will be treated to some of the finest scenery in Canada, including the lakes of Banff National Park, the desert-like terrain of Fraser Canyon, the Cariboo Plateau, and the largest temperate rainforest in the world. Excursions include a tour of Yoho Park and Icefields Parkway in Banff, a visit to the Calgary Tower, and a summit helicopter flightseeing tour.
The Peaks and Perks offer is applicable for select travel dates. It must be booked by Nov. 4, 2016 and must be requested at the time of booking. Other restrictions may apply.
