Porter Airlines announced the return of its seasonal service to Myrtle Beach beginning February 14 through May 19, 2018, but the airline wants to remind people they’re more than just convenient flights.
“People don’t always think of Porter as a one-stop vacation source, but we’re more than just flights,” says Brad Cicero, Communications Director, Porter. “We fly to places like Tremblant, Vermont and Florida, and with Porter Escapes, it’s not necessarily just about flights, but more vacation packages. We have a variety of golf, skiing and attractions passes that are able to be added onto flight purchases.”
Myrtle Beach is famous for its golf and beaches. But you'll also find excellent food (usually at great prices), great shopping and a wonderful art museum that's steps from the beach. There's even a tremendously fun winery just north of the city called La Belle Amie, with lively servers and a beautiful, park-like setting with a casual patio for food and live music.
“This is the time to get a head start on holiday planning,” said Robert Deluce, president and CEO of Porter Airlines. “Having a trip booked gives you something to look forward to once the holidays wrap up.”
Porter Escapes vacation packages help make the trip south simple with accommodation at some of Myrtle Beach’s most sought-after resorts.
Flights operate twice weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays, with added frequency during March Break. Connecting flights are available via Toronto from numerous Porter destinations. Complete schedule details are available at www.flyporter.com.
