Dear Dr. Travel
TravelPulse Canada is excited to announce our new ongoing editorial series “Dear Dr. Travel”. The series will see a panel of seasoned, highly regarded, industry experts who have come together to offer help, guidance, opinions, and general advice to an industry they hold so dear to their hearts. Some have sold their businesses and are in retirement bliss, others have spent their careers in public service, dedicated to the Travel business, some still active, however in different sectors of the business, however they all have one thing in common; they want to help.
Think Ann Landers meets Dragons Den.

The COVID pandemic has been tough on many industries perhaps none hit as hard as the Tourism sector. Travel advisors, flight attendants, reservations staff, IT, sales, marketing all have felt the devastating effects of the pandemic. In many cases revenue has simply vanished completely, hitting rock bottom with zero sales.
We have heard from so many, that, while there is a sense of community there is no easily accessible resource they can turn to for advice, support, or an expert opinion without having a potentially large fee associated with it.
Our panel of industry experts who have volunteered their time in order to become that resource. Each member of the Dr. Travel team have their own area of expertise and will be happy to offer their time to help those in our industry who are in need of some assistance. Whether it be marketing, career transition, financial and legal help, or human resources, our panel of experts have you covered.
Your identity will not be disclosed to the selected panelist. Should we choose to publish your question and the feedback you receive in our weekly column, we will reach out for you approval and you will remain anonymous should you prefer aka "Signed, Asking for a friend."
Now, let's meet our panel!
