A boat ride along the north shore of Kauai is a wonderful way to appreciate the beauty of Hawai'i. After months of a COVID-19 shutdown, Hawai'i is due to open its borders for tourism on Thursday, October 15. Check with individual hotels before booking, as some won't be open right away.
